I would like to advise anybody that has the opportunity to join Deallanders. Just want to share my experience that I had with them, one of the first opportunities I had while working with them is that Deallanders sent me a seller who was living out of state, he had a lot on Pine island that he wanted to sell for $79,000. So I went to check the property and checked with neighbor as well to know a little more about the neighborhood. Left my business card with him and put a sign on the property and listed it, then he called to buy another lot which was relatively a small deal but I got both sides which helped and shortly called me after we closed the deal, he said he wanted to sell his house which we listed today for $1,599,000. So, got a good deal out of it if you have an opportunity to work with Deallanders, I will strongly advise you to give Deallanders a try. You won’t regret it!

Deallanders is a listing lead referral company, We do pay a one time initial set up fee of $499 and a 25% commission on anything we close. I have been working with them for one month. So far I have gotten one listing of $390,000.
They take an extra step to give us the recording of the conversation they have had with the seller. The leads are definitely strong leads of people who are looking to sell with in the next few months if not immediately.

I love the model. I like how they handle their clients and transfers, recordings, and everything else. It’s a wonderful tool to get the listings. These are warm leads, these are not cold callings, this is something completely different than that. Overall I am way more satisfied with this company than I have been with pretty much any other lead generation company and for the money, it’s kind of a no-brainer.
I wanna take a minute to talk about Deallanders. This is a real quality company and they are bringing excellent seller leads. They actually attach the phone call that their rep has with the client so you can even listen to the client’s voice. These are warm leads. They know that realtor is gonna call and reach out to them. Every lead that I have got from Deallanders has been a legitimate lead with the real person and phone number. I can’t say enough about the quality of the leads and the quality of the service. For the cost to set up it’s really a no-brainer.

I just wanted to talk about the lead service I just came across. Its Deallanders. I have been a realtor for 20 years in the county and came across a lot of lead programs. I just wanted to say that I am happy, I am thrilled about Deallanders. They call the prospects and they also give you a tape of that conversation so when you have that lead, You are able to take the conversation into control to build a listing appointment.
Their leads are good. You get an email with the full detail of that phone call. They also attach the recording of the call so you can take notes and get an idea of what the client wants before you even reach out to them. It helps a lot because you already know what they expect and want. If you are looking for a company with good leads, Deallanders is the place to go.
We find out these leads to be falling into three categories. Roughly, one-third proportion is now listing prospects, then some those who wanna move in 6 months, and the last one is the one that wants double the actual market price. We have gotten 8 as yet and we have listed one successful for $525 k and we have 2 more that are going to be on the market within the next two months. Another one of them wants about $275 k. I would endorse this company I think that this is a very quality service. If you are looking for listing leads they are real.
I just want to give a 5-star review and I big shoutout to Deallanders. I am very very pleased while working with them for a couple of months. These are real leads. We have had a great experience. They are delivering the goods. I have been working with a lot of lead programs but they are by far a lot high than all of them. I am giving them a big thumbs up.
