Refund Policy

AGENT/BROKER:

Agent/broker agrees to pay Deallanders the greater of 20% for the broker and 25% for agents of the Gross Commission or the Minimum Referral Fee (the “Referral Fees”) for any real estate brokerage services of any and all real estate transactions (including subsequent purchase, sale or lease commissions on any property) involving the Referral during the Referral Coverage period.

REFERRAL FEES:

Referral fees are tied to the Referral. The obligation for Broker to pay Referral Fees under the Referral Agreement is not subject to an Agent’s continued employment or contractor relationship with Broker and is not waived, forgiven, or nullified upon the termination of such relationship. Should an Agent enter into a real estate transaction with a Referral during the Referral? Coverage Period, Broker and Agent will be jointly and severally responsible for the respective Referral Fees attached to that Referral.

MINIMUM REFERRAL FEES:

In the event Referral Fees are less than $599 for any purchase or sale transaction, the Broker agrees the Referral Fees shall be adjusted to $599.

SETUP FEE:

Agent/Broker agrees to a one-time, non-refundable setup fee of:

$499 to join the Deallanders network if only one user or Agent.
$4999 to join the Deallanders network if a team of 10 active agents.
$12499 to join the Deallanders network if a team of 30 active agents.

RE-CREDIT PROCEDURE:

Deallanders will re-credit the one-time fee only in the following manners:

Individual agents shall be re-credited the amount on the very first closing that he or she will have with Deallanders.
Team shall re-credited the amount on the first 10 closings that they are doing.
Brokerage may deduct the whole one-time set-up fee on the first 20 closings that they have with Deallanders.

TERM AND TERMINATION:

The Referral Service Agreement shall become effective on the Effective Date and will remain in effect for 6 months following the Effective Date and will automatically renew for a successive 6 months periods until terminated by either Party pursuant to this section. Deallanders or Agent/Broker may terminate the Agreement, with or without cause, at any time upon thirty (30) days prior to written or emailed notice of termination to the other party.

EFFECT OF TERMINATION:

Termination of the Referral Agreement by either party shall have no impact on any compensation, credits or discounts, or other amounts owing or payable or that are later earned as a result of a Referral Acceptance by Broker which occurred prior to the termination of this Agreement.

CANCELLATION PROCESS & POLICY:

An agent can cancel the agreement at any time without any additional fees. However, the initial setup payment is refundable only at the first crossing that they will have with Deallanders. If for some reason agent decides to cancel the services at any point before having any closing, Deallanders is not obligated to return the initial setup fee as Deallanders would have already invested more than that to provide the qualified prospects.

The agent is not waived the liability of commissions even after canceling the services with Deallanders if they are closing any prospect given to them from Deallanders during the term of the agreement for the following 24 months.
