Agent/Broker agrees to a one-time, non-refundable setup fee of:
-$12999 to join the Deallanders network if a team of 30 active agents.
RE-CREDIT PROCEDURE:
Deallanders will re-credit the one-time fee only in the following manners:
-Individual agents shall be re-credited the amount on the very first closing that he or she will have with Deallanders.
-Team shall re-credited the amount on the first 10 closings that they are doing.
-Brokerage may deduct the whole one-time set-up fee on the first 20 closings that they have with Deallanders.
